What happens on a visit
Step 1: Direction readings on site
Our consultant takes compass readings at the property to establish its exact orientation.
Step 2: A room-by-room walkthrough
Together you walk through the entrance, rooms and open areas, and you can ask questions as you go.
Step 3: Practical suggestions
Corrections that need no construction come first, with the reasoning behind each one.
Step 4: Written recommendations
After the visit, you receive the recommendations in writing, to keep and return to.
