Questions experts ask
How are experts paid?
You work as an independent practitioner on a revenue share. We collect payment from clients and settle your share with you; we explain the terms before onboarding.
How many hours do I need to offer?
There is no fixed minimum. You set your weekly availability, and you can block dates for holidays or other work.
Which languages can I consult in?
Any language you are comfortable consulting in. Clients choose experts by language, so list every language you speak well.
Do I need certificates?
They help, but they aren't required. Many practitioners learned through a guru or family tradition: tell us about your training and lineage, and your sample answer and interview show us your practice.
Are consultations recorded?
Yes. Consultations may be recorded, and a member of our quality team may join silently. This protects both you and the client, and recordings are kept for six months.
